Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) Consultant to support and enhance the SAP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) landscape. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP Solution Manager administration, ChaRM, ITSM, monitoring, and SAP landscape management, while collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure efficient SAP operations and governance.

Key Responsibilities

· Implement, configure, and support SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) solutions across the SAP landscape.

· Manage and maintain Change Request Management (ChaRM) processes for SAP projects and production support.

· Configure and support IT Service Management (ITSM) functionalities, including incident, problem, and request management.

· Monitor SAP systems using SolMan monitoring tools and proactively address system issues.

· Support End-to-End Root Cause Analysis (E2E RCA) and system diagnostics.

· Configure and maintain Business Process Monitoring and System Monitoring.

· Manage technical monitoring, alerting, and reporting within SAP Solution Manager.

· Collaborate with SAP Basis, Functional, Development, and Infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues.

· Support release management, transport management, and deployment activities.

· Participate in SAP upgrades, migrations, and Solution Manager enhancement projects.

· Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and operational procedures.

· Ensure compliance with SAP governance, change management, and operational best practices.

Required Skills

· Strong hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan).

· Experience with Change Request Management (ChaRM).

· Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM).

· Knowledge of SAP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).

· Experience in System Monitoring and Business Process Monitoring.

· Strong understanding of SAP transport and release management processes.

· Knowledge of SAP landscape architecture and integration.

· Experience in Root Cause Analysis and technical troubleshooting.

· Understanding of SAP Basis administration concepts.

· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

· SAP Focused Run experience.

· SAP S/4HANA landscape exposure.

· Test Suite and Test Management experience.

· Business Process Documentation and Process Management.

· SAP Security and Governance exposure.

· SAP Cloud ALM knowledge.

· Experience working in global support and transformation programs.

Experience

· Relevant experience in SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) implementation, support, and administration.

· Experience supporting enterprise SAP environments.

· Experience working with ChaRM, ITSM, Monitoring, and ALM processes.

Pay: RM20,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month
