• Answering incoming phone calls and attending to visitors
• To perform full cycle of recruitment process including preparation of job description, job posting, talent sourcing, screening, interviewing and conduct background check on potential candidates.
• To conduct briefing for new joiner.
• Work closely with different department to ensure workforce stability.
• Prepare weekly and monthly report.
• Preparation of hiring documentation, ie offer letter, employee personal information and etc.
• Assist and perform onboarding process for newcomers.
• Manage and maintain employee’s database.
• Ensure employee database is up to date with their info and remuneration details.
• Ensure good relationship with the employee and understand their needs and grievances.
• Provide advisory in terms of managing discipline, performance issue and facilitate employee-manager discussions.
• To manage office administrative and operation activities such as pantry supplies, office equipment, stationary and other related purchases.
• Coordinate and arrange for business travel needs, ie booking for accommodation and flight. To work on other ad-hoc duties as per assigned.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Possess strong analytical & mathematical skills
• SPM result for Mathematics & Accounting must be at least A-
• Good interpersonal skill, committed, sense of urgency, responsible, hardworking and willing to learn. Displays lot of initiative.

Job Types: Fresh graduate, Temporary

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
