Production Control Assistant

Salary: RM1,900 – RM2,200 per month

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Control Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support production planning activities, coordinate with internal departments and suppliers, and ensure customer orders are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor customer production schedules and delivery commitments.
• Track daily production progress to ensure on-time delivery from front-end suppliers and meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate urgent production requests and expedite orders when necessary.
• Monitor inventory levels (Min-Max) to ensure sufficient materials for production.
• Prepare and distribute production schedules to relevant departments.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding any potential shipment delays.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth production planning and order fulfillment.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in production planning, production control, or manufacturing is an added advantage.

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday
• 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Weekend Off

Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
