Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM), Power Platform, Azure services, and enterprise system integrations. Experience working within an Azure Landing Zone environment is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, custom APIs, and JavaScript using C# and the .NET Framework.
• Configure Dynamics 365 modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Customer Insights.
• Develop Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and business process automation solutions.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with external applications using REST APIs, Azure Integration Services, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.
• Work within Azure Landing Zone architecture and follow enterprise cloud governance and security standards.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, system integration testing, and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse and the Dynamics 365 SDK.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Azure API Management.
• Familiarity with Azure Landing Zone, Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), security roles, and authentication.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400).
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), or Azure App Services.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric or Azure Data Factory is an added advantage.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
