Kerja Sepenuh Masa Account Manager, Gaji tinggi MYR 5,000 di MENTARI ALAM EKO (M) SDN. BHD. Selangor - Maukerja

• Manage the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• Ensure timely invoicing, payment collection, and supplier payments.
• Responsible for completing daily and monthly accounting activities in a timely and accurate matter to smooth the month-end and year-end closing process.
• Handle the full set of account and ensure timely preparation/review of monthly management accounts, financial statements, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, etc.
• Handle audit, taxation, and statutory matters, including liaising with external auditors, a tax agent, and a firm of secretaries.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretaries, and government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare and submit SST, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and other statutory reports as required.
• Develop, implement, and improve accounting policies, internal controls, and financial procedures.
• Supervise and mentor the accounts team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making
• Process employees’ payroll, PCB, PERKESO, KWSP, EIS, claims and other expenditures.
• Monitor GST/SST reports and submissions
• Dealing with relevant government authority when necessary.
• Ensuring a documented system of accounting policies and standard operating procedures is in place.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management.
• Minimum 5 year experience is required
• Current office: Seri Kembangan, Selangor.
• The company will be relocating to its official factory in Sepang, Selangor. Applicants must be willing to work from the Sepang location upon relocation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
