JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Prepare payment lists and monitor company bank balances.
• Process payments and prepare payment vouchers for HQ and subsidiaries companies.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Manage petty cash and cash redemption transactions, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation.
• Assist in monthly closing activities.
• Monitor payment receipts and customer collections across all company entities.
• Prepare purchase orders for Mannol and Champion products.
• Prepare internal memos, official letters, and other accounting-related documentation.
• Handle bank-related matters and liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, and company secretary when required.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting records and supporting documents.
• Ensure accounting transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist in preparing reports and supporting documents requested by management.
• Support Business Consultant (BC) requests and handle urgent accounting-related reports.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Account & Finance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience in payment processing, bank reconciliation, and monthly closing.
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., AutoCount) and Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
