Position : Business Analyst

Salary Range : RM 3,500 - RM 7,000

Location : Uptown Damansara, PJ

Working Hours : Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions by gathering, analysing, and documenting requirements. The role works closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements with stakeholders
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and analysis sessions to understand business needs
• Analyse and prioritise requirements based on business value and feasibility
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with development and technical teams on solution design and delivery
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Act as a communication bridge between business users and technical teams
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and issue tracking
• Ensure delivered solutions meet agreed business requirements and quality standards
• Maintain proper documentation of requirements and process flows

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of business processes and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Basic technical understanding is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
