The Strategy & Business Operations Intern will support business planning and day-to-day
operations by assisting with commercial analysis, market research, and operational
improvement initiatives. Working closely with management, the intern will contribute to projects across sales, inventory, fulfilment, and digital commerce while developing practical experience in business analysis, strategic planning, and operational decision-making within a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse sales, financial, operational, and market data to identify trends and provide insights that support commercial and management decision-making.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentation materials to monitor business performance and communicate key findings.
• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to evaluate industry trends, consumer preferences, and commercial opportunities.
• Support pricing, profitability, inventory, and business performance reviews to improve commercial and operational outcomes.
• Participate in business improvement initiatives by reviewing workflows, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency, and supporting project implementation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI or other data visualisation tools is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Internship period: 6 months, able to start asap.

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,350.00 per month
