A Security Officer is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the premises, occupants, visitors, and property.

Key responsibilities include:

• Control and monitor access at entrances and exits.
• Register and verify visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises and report any irregularities.
• Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and other security equipment.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance.
• Prevent unauthorised entry, theft, vandalism, and suspicious activities.
• Maintain accurate records in the Occurrence Book and prepare incident reports.
• Manage keys, access cards, and security equipment where required.
• Assist residents, tenants, visitors, and members of the public professionally.
• Carry out shift handovers and communicate important site information.
• Follow the site’s security procedures, emergency plans, and management instructions.
• Perform other security-related duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Pay: $3,100.00 - $4,800.00 per month
