Customer Engagement & Project Coordination 

• Attend customer meetings, conduct site visits, and follow up to capture requirements and operational challenges. 
• Maintain clear CRM records of enquiries, quotations, and project updates to ensure smooth handovers. 
• Support testing, commissioning, customer training, and coordinate communication between customers and internal teams.

Solution Development & Quotation Support 

• Work with engineers to translate site conditions into practical humidity control and dehumidification options. 
• Assist in preparing accurate quotations, proposals, and solution presentations for customers. 
• Present proposals when required and collect customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Business Development & Market Activities 

• Introduce our capabilities to prospective customers and support market research to identify business opportunities. 
• Assist at exhibitions, technical seminars, and networking events and share market insights with the marketing team. 
• Help generate and follow up leads to maintain a healthy sales pipeline and support customer satisfaction through the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experience 

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Communications, International Business, Technology Management, Engineering Management, or related disciplines. 
• Candidates from engineering disciplines who enjoy customer engagement are also encouraged to apply. 
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with internship experience or up to 3 years in sales, customer service, business development, account management, marketing, project coordination, or related fields will have an advantage.

Hard Skills & Knowledge 

• Practical experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. 
• Ability to prepare quotations, proposals, and basic technical solution documents. 
• Exposure to technical or industrial products, or familiarity with humidity control and dehumidification, is an advantage. 
• Experience in market research, lead generation, proposal preparation, or project coordination is a plus.

Soft Skills & Qualities 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive willingness to learn and grow. 
• Good organisational and follow-up skills, with attention to record-keeping and detail. 
• Responsible, proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a team or independently while owning assigned tasks. 
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits when required.
