What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree student in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. 
• Internship period of 4–6 months. 
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel. 
• Willing to learn new systems and technology. 
• Detail-oriented and organised. 
• Able to work independently while collaborating with a team.

What You'll Do

• Assist the team in updating and maintaining product & supplier information in our ERP system (FMH). 
• Transfer and organise data from Excel into the system accurately. 
• Check and verify information to ensure everything is up to date. 
• Support data cleaning and improve the accuracy of procurement records. 
• Prepare simple reports, trackers, and documentation. 
• Work closely with Finance, Warehouse, Central Kitchen, and Operations teams. 
• Take part in process improvement projects and learn how procurement works behind the scenes.
