-Plan and oversee daily cleaning operations for assigned sites

-Assign work schedules and deployment of cleaning staff to clients

-Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleaning quality and standards

-Handle client requirements, complaints and service requests
-Perform QC checks and submit cleaning reports to clients

-Ensure cleaning materials, equipment and PPE are well maintained

-Might need to work on weekends/public holiday
-Need to travel to client's places to liaise work.
