Tanggungjawab

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Massage Therapist to provide professional massage and wellness treatments that promote relaxation, relieve muscle tension, and enhance customers' overall well-being. The ideal candidate should possess excellent massage techniques, a strong service mindset, and a commitment to delivering a safe, comfortable, and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform professional massage treatments, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, sports massage, and other approved therapies.
  • Assess customers' needs and recommend suitable massage treatments, wellness services, and packages.
  • Ensure customers receive a safe, comfortable, and relaxing treatment experience.
  • Prepare treatment rooms, massage oils, towels, linens, and equipment before each session.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of treatment rooms, equipment, and tools.
  • Follow company SOPs, hygiene protocols, and service standards at all times.
  • Promote and upsell massage packages, memberships, and retail wellness products.
  • Maintain accurate customer treatment records where required.
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.

Requirements

  • Certificate or Diploma in Massage Therapy or a related qualification is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Massage Therapist in a spa, wellness centre, hotel spa, or massage establishment is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of various massage techniques and body therapies.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service-oriented with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Physically fit and able to perform massage treatments for extended periods.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Work Environment

  • Spa, wellness centre, massage establishment, hotel spa, or rehabilitation and wellness facility.
  • Customer-facing and hands-on treatment role.
