We are looking for a dynamic Trainer / People Development professional to design, develop, and deliver high-impact training programs. In this role, you will champion our core 10-20-70 learning model, placing a strong emphasis on post-training learning application and measuring program impact using the Kirkpatrick model and foundational learning frameworks.

• End-to-End Program Lifecycle: Design, develop, and deliver engaging non-technical training sessions (soft, smart, and business skills) tailored to diverse corporate clients.
• Modern Learning Tech & AI Integration: Leverage digital tools and AI platforms (such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini) alongside design and video editing tools (Canva and CapCut) to build modern learning materials.
• Impact & Evaluation: Drive post-training application by implementing the 10-20-70 learning model and tracking measurable results aligned with the Kirkpatrick framework.

• Proven experience in designing and facilitating non-technical corporate training programs.
• Familiarity with standard learning frameworks, instructional design, and the Kirkpatrick evaluation model.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI writing/productivity assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and media creation tools (Canva, CapCut).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
