Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Internship Trainee di Conseiller Consulting [OFFICIAL] Selangor - Maukerja

The Intern role is an on-site position based in Petaling Jaya, supporting the training, events and consulting operations of Conseiller Consulting. As part of our energetic and exciting team, the intern will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative working environment.

Day-to-day tasks may include assisting in the preparation of training materials, coordinating logistics for in-house and public programs and events, and supporting the management team and trainers with session setup and participant engagement.

The intern may also support research on training topics, compile participant feedback, and contribute to reports and basic documentation. Additional responsibilities may include providing general administrative support, updating databases, and participating in internal projects aimed at improving training processes and the overall client experience.

This internship is designed to provide practical exposure to skills development, event coordination and training consultancy, while offering the opportunity to learn, contribute and grow alongside an energetic and supportive team.

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, Communications, Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

* Strong interest in training, facilitation, consulting, events, or skills development.

* Energetic, proactive, well-organised, and comfortable working in a team.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Fresh graduates and students with no prior experience are encouraged to apply.
