Roleand Responsibilities:

Thisrole will need to support Business Change Manager in creating and implementingchange management strategies and training plans that maximize employee adoptionand usage and minimize resistance

Applystructured methodology

• Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.

Supportcommunication efforts

• Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
• Support the preparations and engagement sessions with users and stakeholders.

Assesschange impact

• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.

Developchange management strategy

• Develop engagement strategy and determine enablement activities.

Stakeholdermanagement

• Obtain alignment with stakeholders
• Obtain support from key functions to facilitate the execution of engagement and enablement activities

Supporttraining efforts

• Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.

Executeplan

• Ensure execution as planned and adjust plans as required

Track& Report

• Execute and track progress of engagement and enablement activities
• Identify and report risks and issues that could impede goals
• Provide status updates and reporting to programme/management forums.

Requirements/ Qualifications:

1.    Min Diploma Holder

2.    Strong written and verbal communication skills with active listening

3.    Familiar with project management approaches and tools

4.    Customer focus and adaptability to different working styles and personalitytypes

5.    Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

6.    Meticulous with good focus on details

7.    Experience in billing, finance and healthcare industry would be an addedadvantage
