Job Responsibilities

• Manage and update customer databases and contact information to ensure accuracy and accessibility
• Process sales orders, invoices, and credit notes accurately and within set timelines to support sales operations
• Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and uncover new sales opportunities
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Deliver excellent customer service through email, phone, and face-to-face communication channels
• Assist in preparing and managing sales presentations and proposals to support sales efforts
• Coordinate sales meetings and appointments to optimize sales team productivity
• Support sales representatives with administrative tasks including follow-up on sales materials and emails
• Assist in executing sales campaigns and promotions to drive business growth

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum local diploma or higher qualification
