About the Role

We're looking for an organized, proactive Admin & Ops Executive to provide administrative, operational, and support for projects. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, can manage multiple priorities at once and takes ownership of getting things done accurately and on time.

What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day administrative and office support, including scheduling, correspondence, meeting coordination, and record-keeping.

• Support ongoing projects, tracking deliverables and helping keep initiatives on schedule.

• Prepare and maintain business documents, reports, and presentation materials.

• Assist commercial and sales teams with documentation, coordination, and administrative follow-through.

• Conduct research and compile information to support management decision-making.

• Coordinate across departments, and with external vendors and partners, to keep tasks and communications on track.

• Provide general administrative and operational support as business needs arise.

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in an administrative, operations, or business support role.

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

• A proactive, resourceful approach and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable working with confidential and sensitive information.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office / common business software.
