Job Summary
Join Conquest Design Group as an Accounts Assistant to manage financial transactions, support monthly closings, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced interior design environment.
Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR
Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and supplier payments
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
Assist with monthly closing and financial reports
Process staff claims and maintain accounting documentation
Liaise with internal departments and suppliers (no customer-facing duties)
Provide general administrative support to the finance team
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma/LCCI in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience in the interior design industry is preferred but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Xero or similar
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with colleagues and suppliers
Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are welcome to apply
