Key Responsibilities
- Review tender drawings, specifications, contract requirements and Bills of Quantities.
- Prepare tender master programmes, milestone schedules and programme narratives using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Develop construction sequences, phasing plans, site logistics proposals and construction method statements.
- Coordinate programme inputs with the Tender, QS, Project, Design, BIM, M&E and Procurement teams.
- Identify critical activities, authority approvals, long-lead items and programme risks.
- Prepare manpower histograms, S-curves, presentation materials and other planning deliverables when required.
- Support tender reviews, interviews, clarifications and value-engineering proposals.
- Hand over tender programme assumptions, commitments and risks to the project team upon award.
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building or a related discipline.
- At least two years of construction-planning experience, preferably with a Singapore main contractor.
- Experience preparing tender programmes for building or civil engineering projects.
- Proficient in Primavera P6; knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel.
- Good understanding of Singapore construction methods, sequencing, site logistics and BCA Buildability requirements.
- Able to interpret drawings and specifications and work under tight tender deadlines.
- Good analytical, coordination, communication and presentation skills.
