·        Pursue leads and develop new pipelines for the Company for its security business to grow.

·        Formulate new engagement strategies to maintain and sustain current contracts through persistent networking and communications with existing clients and customers.

·        Develop a growth strategy and trajectory for the Company for its core security business and all associated supporting partnership business with the technology partners.

·        Conduct research and market sensing to identify potential clients and new customer base.

·        Build long-term relationship with new and existing clients through trustworthy customer relationship management (CRM) andstrong after-sales support.

·        Handles and achieves positive outcomes in client management and strong recovery processes to ensure retention of contracts and establish new contracts in a sustainable manner.

·        Design and manage a feasible business development roadmap that is aligned to the Company’s growth trajectory.

·        Undertake, manage, execute or support any additional ad-hoc duties, secondary assignments and activities assigned by the senior management if and when necessary.
