Full Time Assistant Centre Manager Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,900 in SEARCH AVENUE PRIVATE LIMITED Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Working Hours: 5 day work week, 3 weekday + 2 weekend

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Assistant Centre Manager to support the daily operations of our learning centre. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, ensuring smooth centre operations, and creating a positive learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations and administration of the centre.
• Build strong relationships with parents and respond to enquiries professionally.
• Assist in achieving student enrolment and retention targets.
• Process registrations, payments, and maintain accurate student records.
• Coordinate trial classes, enrolments, promotions, and withdrawals with HQ.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor centre cleanliness, classroom readiness, and inventory of teaching materials.
• Safeguard the well-being and safety of students at all times.
• Manage petty cash and assist with administrative reporting.
• Support centre events and other operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, education, retail, aviation, or a similar service-oriented industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Caring and patient when working with children, with a professional approach when engaging parents.
• Well-organised and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work both weekends and three weekdays.
• Candidates with strong leadership experience may be considered for the Centre Manager position.
