Job Summary

Lead and manage all operational plants in Singapore, ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, safety, and health standards. Oversee daily plant operations, coordinate maintenance, conduct audits, and support tender and bidding processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all operational plants in Singapore to ensure efficient and compliant operations
• Manage daily plant operations to achieve productivity and safety targets
• Conduct site visits and audits to assess operational compliance and identify improvement opportunities
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance work to minimize downtime and maintain equipment reliability
• Manage critical and maintenance spares inventory to support uninterrupted plant operations
• Oversee Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Health (QESH) activities, including ISO coordination, to maintain certification and compliance
• Review and verify operational documentation and manage team schedules to ensure smooth workflows
• Support new tender and bidding processes by providing operational insights and documentation
• Travel to various sites as required to perform operational oversight and audits
