We’re Hiring: Project Management (Protege)

Location: Ara Damansara, Malaysia

Monthly Allowance: RM2,000 + Free meals everyday

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Project Management at Ara Damansara.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Look through and correct:

Daily Diary

Weekly Report

Monthly Progress Report

SSS Report

Any other report

2.Administrative:

Prepare letters to Client and Executive agent (Pelaksana)

Work out the requirement for the project

Work with the site agent on Operational and Admin matters

Work with the Project Supervisor for security clearances and planning

Ensure actual work plan and planned work plan is available and updated

Any other administrative jobs assigned

3.Operations:

Ensure to compliance in contract and management aspect

Any other operational job assigned

Monitor physical infra and financial modules fos C&S, M&E and QS

Monitor material submission and approvals
