Position : Marketing Assistant

Location: Jalan Tandang, 46050 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

Industry: Consumer Health

Employment Type: 12 months contract via PERSOL

Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary: RM3,500 – RM5,500 (based on experience & skills)

Key Responsibilities

Financial Processing & Budget Support

• Manage end-to-end processing of marketing POs and invoices
• Monitor and reconcile marketing budget spend vs. planned
• Liaise with finance and procurement for timely approvals and payments

Shopper Marketing Support (MYSG)

• Assist in execution logistics, supplier coordination, and event scheduling
• Support marketing activations and events (team building, trade visits, external events)

Administrative Support (MYSG)

• Coordinate documentation and compliance for campaigns
• Maintain organized records of budgets, payments, and vendor contracts

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma qualification in a relevant field
• 1-2 years of working experience in marketing
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
