Company Description Rise Intervention Programme Sdn Bhd (RISE) is a center specializing in Early Intervention Programmes for children on the Autism Spectrum, focusing on holistic development and preparation for mainstream education. RISE designs individualized education plans to bridge competency gaps, build confidence, and support sustainable developmental progress. Programmes for young toddlers emphasize learning through play, while structured early intervention sessions use varied teaching techniques and materials. Role Description The EIP Teacher is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya. This role involves planning and delivering structured lessons and play-based activities tailored to each child’s individualized education plan. The EIP Teacher observes and documents developmental progress, adjusts teaching strategies, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic growth. Responsibilities include preparing teaching materials, conducting one-on-one and small group sessions, and fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. The EIP Teacher also communicates regularly with families, provides updates on progress, and offers guidance to support learning at home.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Education and Teaching, with experience in early childhood or special needs education preferred.
• Candidates should possess strong Lesson Planning and Training skills to design and implement individualized intervention plans.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
• Relevant academic qualifications in Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Special Education, or related fields are beneficial.
• Familiarity with autism spectrum disorders, child development principles, and evidence-based intervention strategies is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, demonstrate patience and empathy, and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an added benefit.
