Full Time SAP Consutant - Project System-Controlling Jobs, in ‎ Softenger Malaysia Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, support, and enhance SAP Project System (PS) and Controlling (CO) solutions to meet evolving business and financial reporting requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into SAP PS/CO functional solutions.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend SAP best practices aligned with project accounting and controlling processes.
• Configure and support WBS elements, networks, project budgeting, cost planning, settlement rules, project execution, and project reporting.
• Support integration between SAP PS, CO, FI, and other SAP modules within the SAP S/4HANA landscape.
• Perform application configuration changes, release management, and deployment support while ensuring system stability and performance.
• Analyze application issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolution to production and project-related incidents.
• Collaborate with Finance, Project Management, Controlling, Integration, Technical, and Reporting teams to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions.
• Support data migration activities including data mapping, validation, reconciliation, mock conversions, and cutover readiness.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, test scripts, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, project parallel runs, and defect management activities.
• Support cutover planning, deployment, go-live, and post-go-live hypercare activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, tools, and application performance.
• Share knowledge with team members and contribute to project documentation and operational continuity.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Project System (PS) and SAP Controlling (CO).
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, support, or transformation projects.
• Solid understanding of project accounting, project controlling, budgeting, cost planning, settlement, and financial reporting processes.
• Experience in SAP application configuration, support, and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of cross-functional integration with FI/CO and enterprise reporting environments.
• Exposure to APIs, interfaces, or integration concepts within SAP ecosystems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• SAP PS and/or SAP CO certification is an added advantage.
• Experience in large enterprise, engineering, energy, manufacturing, or capital-project environments is preferred.
• Exposure to financial reporting transformation programs is desirable.
