Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily office administration tasks and ensure smooth office operations
• Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence
• Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for records and documents
• Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as required
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
• Assist in procurement of office supplies and inventory control
• Support HR-related tasks such as attendance records and leave tracking
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,600.00 per month
