Responsibilities

• Assist users with account registration and onboarding processes.
• Guide customers through profile setup and verification procedures.
• Help users navigate platform features and available options.
• Respond to customer enquiries through chat and email.
• Troubleshoot account-related questions and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented approach.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning and using new online platforms and tools.
• Reliable computer and internet connection.
• Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not required.
