Business Development Executive (Pet Industry)

We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in the pet industry.

This is a remote/work-from-home position based in the Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur & Selangor). You will play a key role in driving business growth by developing new customer accounts, expanding our market presence, and building long-term relationships with veterinary clinics and other pet-related businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and introduce the Company's range of pet healthcare products to veterinary clinics, pet shops, pet grooming salons, and other pet-related businesses.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to support business growth and product development.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Veterinary Science, Animal Health, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, veterinary, animal healthcare, FMCG, or pet industry.
• Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for pets and the veterinary industry.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
• Applicants must be based in Kuala Lumpur or Selangor.
• Willing to travel within the Klang Valley and occasionally travel outstation when required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
