Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, check, and maintain shipping documentation for import and export shipments.
• Handle documentation for multiple freight modes, including air freight, sea freight, and land transportation (trucking).
• Prepare and process shipping documents such as:
• Air Waybill (AWB)
• Bill of Lading (B/L)
• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List
• Delivery Order (DO)
• Shipping Instructions
• Customs-related documents
• Ensure all shipping documents are accurate and submitted within the required timeline.
• Coordinate with customers, airlines, shipping lines, transporters, agents, and internal departments regarding shipment documentation.
• Verify shipment details and ensure compliance with customer requirements and company procedures.
• Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of shipment documents.
• Support shipment tracking and provide updates when required.
• Assist in resolving documentation discrepancies or shipment-related issues.
• Perform other administrative duties and support daily logistics operations as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
