Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the computer centre, ensuring systems are functioning properly.
- Designing, deploying, and managing servers, storage systems, and network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/VPN).
- Enforcing security frameworks, managing firewalls, endpoint protection, and conducting vulnerability assessments.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and security settings.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and recommend upgrades when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and support.
- Prepare reports on system performance, incidents, and improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Or Industry-standard credentials like CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CCNA or Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Expert add significant value.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and manage over 2000 user’s environment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
