• Drive new business development by identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients within targeted industries.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, solution presentations, proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract closure.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue and new business targets.
• Engage with mid-sized enterprises, multinational corporations (MNCs), and key decision-makers to understand business needs and recommend suitable outsourcing and technology solutions.
• Prepare and respond to RFPs/RFIs, develop value propositions, and conduct commercial negotiations.
• Develop market intelligence by identifying industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to support business growth.
• Collaborate with delivery, operations, and finance teams to ensure proposed solutions are commercially viable and successfully implemented.
• Support pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and ensure a smooth transition from sales closure to service delivery.
• Consistently achieve assigned sales, revenue, and profitability targets while maintaining high opportunity conversion rates.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
