• Visit assigned retail outlets according to the company's scheduled route plan.
• Ensure products are displayed in accordance with the company's merchandising standards and maintain clean, attractive, and organized shelves.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock to ensure product availability and prevent out-of-stock situations.
• Monitor competitors' product displays, pricing, and promotional activities, and provide regular market intelligence reports.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with store managers and retail staff.
• Achieve the company's sales and merchandising targets within the assigned territory.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales reports.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights, and recommend improvements to management.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and handling store-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Participate in exhibitions, food fairs, product sampling, roadshows, and other promotional events to increase brand awareness and drive product sales.
• Support the execution of in-store promotions, product launches, and marketing campaigns as assigned.

Job requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales or marketing will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with the Southern Malaysia market and retail channels is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.
• Able to work independently and adapt to fieldwork and travel; proactive with strong execution ability.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
