A well-known international FMCG company is currently hiring their next FP&A Manager to be based at their Petaling Jaya office.

Your new role

• Lead the FP&A function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business performance management.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and business leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable financial plans and KPIs.
• Drive profitability and business growth through financial analysis, performance tracking, and commercial insights.
• Manage annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, latest estimates, and scenario planning activities.
• Analyze business performance variances, identify root causes, and work with stakeholders to implement improvement plans.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership, including the Managing Director and divisional heads.
• Lead and develop the FP&A team while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
• 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, corporate finance, budgeting, or business partnering.
• Strong capabilities in financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Proven leadership experience with strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience within FMCG or manufacturing environments will be an added advantage.
