Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end setup of commercial Wi-Fi services for new store openings and relocations.
• Manage the installation, activation, maintenance, and termination of payment gateway services, including EDC/Credit Card terminals and E-Wallets.
• Coordinate store insurance applications, renewals, endorsements, and claims documentation where required.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors, service providers, financial institutions, and insurance companies to ensure timely service delivery.
• Monitor project timelines to ensure all operational services are completed before store opening.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for Wi-Fi, payment gateway, and insurance services across all outlets.
• Prepare reports, trackers, and supporting documents related to store operational service setups.
• Resolve service-related issues by coordinating with relevant vendors and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational requirements, and service agreements.
• Perform other duties and ad hoc assignments as assigned by the superior.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant working experience in administration, business development support, project coordination, or a related role.
• Experience in coordinating operational setups, vendor management, or service administration will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
