Client Care Officer — Pinkcollar
Kuala Lumpur (Hybrid ) | Full-time
Pinkcollar is a social enterprise dedicated to ending exploitation and ensuring safe, ethical recruitment for migrant domestic workers. We're a women-led team building a more humane, employer-funded alternative to traditional recruitment — and we're growing.
We're looking for a Client Care Officer to be the primary point of contact for our employer clients throughout their journey with Pinkcollar, from onboarding through to long-term support. You'll own the relationship: keeping employers informed, resolving issues before they escalate, and making sure every household we work with feels genuinely cared for.
What you'll do
- Be the go-to contact for employer clients: proactive comms, check-ins, and updates
- Own a caseload of employer accounts end-to-end — from documentation and follow-ups through to resolution, escalating where necessary
- Manage day-to-day admin tied to employer accounts (documentation, scheduling, records)
- Handle and de-escalate conflicts or concerns raised by employers, coordinating with internal teams where needed
- Support the employer journey from initial engagement through placement and beyond
- Flag recurring issues or patterns to help us improve our client experience over time
What we're looking for
- Strong communicator — clear, warm, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable managing multiple client relationships and admin tasks simultaneously
- At least 2-3 years of experience in HR, sales, legal, grievance management, service, hospitality or client-facing roles is advantageous
- Organised, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys problem-solving with and for people
- Alignment with Pinkcollar's mission and values around dignity and fairness in migrant worker recruitment is advantageous
Why Pinkcollar
- Be part of a mission-driven team tackling a real, systemic problem
- Hybrid work arrangement with a results-oriented approach to work
- Work alongside a small, close-knit, women-led team doing work that matters
