Location : Kuala Lumpur City Centre
Salary: RM6,000 - RM9,000 per month (based on experience)
Monday - Friday (9AM - 6PM)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a premier visitor attraction. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in hospitality, tourism, theme parks, attractions, museums, resorts, or other high-volume guest environments.
As the Operations Manager, you will lead frontline operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage operational readiness, oversee safety compliance, and drive operational excellence. This is a highly visible role that requires approximately 70% floor operations and 30% administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Guest & Attraction Operations
- Manage daily attraction operations, including guest flow, ticketing, access control, queue management, and attraction readiness.
- Ensure a premium and consistent guest experience across all visitor touchpoints.
- Lead operational readiness for peak periods, VIP visits, special events, and festive activations.
- Handle guest complaints and service recovery effectively.
2) Team Leadership & Workforce Management
- Lead and manage Operations Supervisors and frontline teams.
- Oversee roster planning, manpower allocation, recruitment support, onboarding, and training.
- Coach and develop team members while maintaining high service and performance standards.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing guidance and support.
3) Safety, Compliance & Incident Management
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, risk management practices, and emergency response procedures.
- Lead responses to incidents, emergencies, and operational disruptions.
- Coordinate closely with Security, Engineering, Facilities, and Building Management teams.
- Conduct regular audits, readiness checks, and operational reviews.
4) Performance & Reporting
- Monitor operational KPIs including attendance, queue times, guest satisfaction, service levels, and incidents.
- Prepare operational reports, risk assessments, and recommendations for senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, and guest experience.
5) Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal departments including Security, Facilities, Engineering, IT, Marketing, Finance, HR, Retail, Photography, and F&B teams.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an Operations Manager, Duty Manager, Assistant Operations Manager, or similar role.

- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and peak event periods.
Preferred
- Experience managing large frontline teams and high visitor volumes.
- First Aid, CPR/AED, Safety, Crowd Management, or Emergency Response certifications.
- Exposure to attraction openings, events, or large-scale visitor operations.
