Responsibilities

User Research: Invite Singapore users to test the product, gather user feedback, and develop a deep understanding of user needs, behaviours and pain points to generate actionable insights.

Product Design: Participate in product feature and workflow design, requirements analysis and solution discussions, helping to refine product solutions and improve the overall user experience.

Product Analysis: Analyse user feedback, competitor research and relevant data to identify product issues, propose improvement recommendations, and support continuous product iteration.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers, participate in solution reviews and implementation, and help drive product initiatives through to successful delivery.

Qualifications

Language Skills: Possess native-level English communication skills, with the ability to independently communicate with users and gather meaningful feedback.

Product Mindset: Strong interest in product design and user experience, with the ability to think from the user's perspective and communicate ideas clearly.

Learning & Analytical Skills: Strong learning ability and analytical thinking, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from user feedback and data, and translate them into product recommendations.

Communication & Execution: Excellent communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive work forward.
