Admin Intern

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
• Assist in office facilities management, including pantry, stationery, office supplies, and equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, deliveries, and other administrative services.
• Support procurement activities, including obtaining quotations, preparing purchase requests, and tracking orders.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain and organize administrative records, documents, and filing systems.
• Support travel and accommodation arrangements when required.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative documentation.
• Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and projects assigned by the team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Good organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Responsible, proactive, willing to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
