Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Welder role based in Petaling Jaya. The Welder will perform daily welding tasks, including preparing materials, setting up welding equipment, and executing welding operations according to technical drawings and specifications. Responsibilities include inspecting welds for quality, performing basic repairs, and collaborating with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines. The role also involves following safety procedures, maintaining tools and equipment, and keeping work areas clean and organized. The Welder will contribute to continuous improvement by reporting issues, suggesting enhancements, and supporting production and maintenance activities as needed.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong welding skills, including proficiency in Arc Welding and general Welding techniques.
- Candidates should possess specialized welding skills, such as TIG Welding and MIG Welding, for a variety of applications.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Materials, including properties, compatibility, and appropriate welding methods.
- Relevant technical certification or vocational training in welding or metal fabrication is beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
- Commitment to workplace safety, including familiarity with PPE, safe equipment operation, and hazard awareness.
- Good manual dexterity, physical stamina, and ability to work in various positions and environments.
- Previous experience in industrial, construction, or manufacturing welding roles is an advantage.
