Be part of our PROTÉGÉ program! Professional Training and Education for Growing Entrepreneur (PROTÉGÉ ) is one of Maybank Group's Corporate Responsibility Programme in support of the Government's initiatives to enhance the employability of unemployed graduates. Graduates selected for the PROTÉGÉ will undergo twelve (12) months learning on the job experience with Maybank.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to offer stage, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and documentation.
• Assist in preparing hiring proposals, compiling candidate documents, tracking progress, and providing updates to recruiters.
• Maintain recruitment trackers by updating candidate pipelines, interview statuses, and approvals while ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Coordinate interviews, manage panel arrangements, and maintain recruitment records and documentation for audit purposes.
• Communicate with candidates, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners to provide updates and address basic recruitment-related queries.
• Support recruitment digitalisation initiatives and continuously learn recruitment processes, systems, and best practices.

Required Skills

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) or recruitment systems is an added advantage.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• High learning agility, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
