Job Description

• Perform the full spectrum of HR responsibilities and duties.
• Conduct recruitment, schedule interviews, and prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR correspondence.
• Formulate, implement, update, and maintain Company HR & Administration Policies and Procedures.
• Administer monthly payroll, leave and claims.
• Handle IR21 submissions.
• Arrange training courses.
• Perform all administrative responsibilities and duties related to IT, property/ facilities, and general office matters.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR and IT systems.
• Coordinate with service providers for the timely servicing of fire equipment, air conditioning, etc.
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma, Advanced Diploma and/or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and Business Management or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Well verse with local labour law and Info-Tech Payroll system
• Able to maintain close and effective personal working relationships at all levels of the organization
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with little supervision, resourceful, meticulous and organized
• Team player with a keen interest to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Words / Excel / Power Point
• Able to commence immediately or within short notice will be added advantage

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,900.00 per month
