Massage Studio Supervisor / Receptionist

Salary: From S$2,500 per month + Commission

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Massage Studio Supervisor / Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations, bookings, and customer enquiries
• Welcome customers and provide professional customer service
• Support the daily operations of the massage studio
• Coordinate therapists' schedules and appointments
• Handle cashiering and payment transactions
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area
• Perform general administrative duties as required

Requirements

• Must be legally authorised to work in Singapore
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a massage, spa, wellness, beauty, hospitality, or customer service environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, organised, and able to multitask
• Basic computer skills are an advantage
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays
• Able to start work as soon as possible
