Pathwise Academy delivers hands-on AI education across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia. We run holiday camps, after-school ECA sessions, school hackathons, and corporate AI training for learners aged 10–17 and working professionals. We're a fast-growing company building the next generation of AI-literate students and teams.

The Role

We're looking for an AI Educator to design and deliver engaging, practical workshops — sometimes in person, sometimes online, and across a wide range of audiences. One day you might be teaching kids to build their first AI project; the next, training adults on AI tools for their work. You'll need to adapt your style and content to the room you're in.

What You'll Do

• Lead in-person and online workshops, camps, and hackathons
• Teach both youth (ages 10–17) and adult/corporate learners, adjusting pace and complexity accordingly
• Make hands-on AI concepts approachable, fun, and genuinely useful
• Help refine and improve curriculum and session materials
• Manage a classroom or virtual room confidently, keeping energy and engagement high

What We're Looking For

• Strong communicator who can teach across age groups and skill levels
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and a habit of staying current
• Comfortable with hands-on, project-based teaching (not lecture-style)
• Adaptable, self-directed, and comfortable in a high-growth environment where things move quickly
• Teaching, training, facilitation, or relevant technical background is a plus
