The Role
- Deliver a range of professional spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies, to the highest standards.
- Provide personalized consultations and recommend suitable treatments and retail products to guests.
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies in accordance with spa standards.
- Ensure exceptional guest service by creating a welcoming and relaxing experience.
- Promote spa treatments, wellness programs, and retail products to support revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and assist with inventory control.
- Adhere to all hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Support team development through participation in training and sharing best practices.
Talent Profile
- Certified in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in a luxury spa, wellness centre, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of massage techniques, skincare treatments, and wellness practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude with a passion for guest service and wellness.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
