Tanggungjawab

Live Hosting

  • Host TikTok Shop live sessions according to the company’s schedule.
  • Introduce and demonstrate products confidently and professionally.
  • Educate viewers on product benefits, ingredients, and usage.
  • Engage with viewers by answering questions and encouraging interaction.
  • Build excitement through storytelling, promotions, and limited-time offers.
  • Drive conversions by encouraging viewers to purchase during live sessions.
  • Maintain high energy and professionalism throughout every live.

Content Creation

  • Develop creative concepts aligned with branding and campaign objectives.
  • Keep up with TikTok trends, viral sounds, and platform updates.

TikTok Shop Growth

  • Create content that supports product launches, campaigns, and promotional events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content strategies that contribute to GMV growth.

Performance Analysis

  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, including:
  • Live GMV
  • Orders
  • Average Viewers
  • Peak Concurrent Viewers
  • Viewer Retention
  • Engagement Rate
  • Product Clicks
  • Content Views
  • Watch Time
  • Content Conversion Rate
  • Identify winning content and live formats, then continuously optimise performance based on data.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Marketing, E-Commerce, Affiliate, and Live Commerce teams.
  • Participate in campaign planning, product launches, and promotional events.
  • Provide ideas and feedback to improve content quality, live performance, and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Confident and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok trends and TikTok Shop ecosystem.
  • Basic video shooting and editing skills using CapCut or equivalent.
  • Creative, proactive, and willing to experiment with new content ideas.
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, and consumer products.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or campaign periods when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
