• Plan and execute daily content aligned with marketing objectives.
• Research TikTok trends, viral formats, sounds, and competitor content.
• Generate fresh content ideas with strong hooks and storytelling.
• Maintain and update the monthly content calendar.

Content Production

• Shoot and edit engaging TikTok videos.
• Create educational, lifestyle, testimonial, POV, problem-solution, and trending content.
• Produce UGC-style videos that build authenticity and trust.
• Ensure all content reflects brand identity and quality standards.

TikTok Shop Growth

• Create content that drives TikTok Shop conversions.
• Produce videos supporting affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Create content for product launches, campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events.
• Develop organic content that increases product visibility and sales.

Performance Analysis

• Monitor daily content performance, including:
• Views
• Watch Time
• Completion Rate
• Engagement Rate
• CTR
• Product Clicks
• Orders Generated
• Analyse winning content and replicate successful formats.
• Continuously improve content based on performance data.

Collaboration

• Work closely with Marketing, Live Commerce, Affiliate, KOL, and E-Commerce teams.
• Coordinate product shoots and campaign execution.
• Support live commerce with promotional and pre-live content.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of TikTok trends and TikTok Shop ecosystem.
• Excellent video shooting and mobile editing skills (CapCut or equivalent).
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to experiment with new ideas.
• Passionate about beauty, skincare, and consumer products.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Achieve the monthly content output target.
• Produce high-performing videos that meet engagement benchmarks.
• Consistently generate viral or high-reach content.
• Increase TikTok Shop product views and conversion rates.
• Contribute to monthly GMV growth through organic content.
• Deliver content on schedule while maintaining quality and brand consistency.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
