Position: Operations Manager – Multi-Property (Group Level)

Reports to: CEO, COO and BOD

Location: Based in [HQ / rotating across properties]

Role Summary

Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple hotel properties within the group, ensuring consistent service standards, SOPs, cost discipline, and coordination between property-level GMs/department heads and group management.

Key Requirements

Minimum 8–10 years in hotel/hospitality operations (F&B, housekeeping, facilities in a resort setting) is a plus

Proven track record running or co-managing at least 2 hotel properties simultaneously, or a strong single-property GM background ready to step into a multi-property role

Hands-on experience across core hotel departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering/Maintenance, Security, and Guest Services — not just oversight, but working knowledge of each

Strong P&L management — budgeting, cost control, revenue/occupancy performance across properties- monitoring ARR, Revpar etc

Experience standardizing SOPs and service quality across multiple sites

Comfortable traveling regularly between properties

Vendor, procurement and contractor management (F&B suppliers, maintenance contractors, security firms)

Strong people management — supervising property-level department heads/GMs, HR coordination across sites

Familiarity with Malaysian hospitality regulatory/licensing requirements (tourism board, health & safety, fire safety compliance)

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred;

Nice to Have

Experience with hotel PMS systems (Opera, or similar)

Exposure to resort/marina-adjacent properties or leisure/lifestyle hospitality assets

Bilingual/trilingual (English, Bahasa Malaysia; regional language a plus)

Pay: Up to RM25,000.00 per month
