We are looking for an experienced Maintenance & Automation Executive to join our manufacturing team.

Position: Maintenance & Automation Executive
Education: Diploma in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing maintenance

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines and equipment.
• Monitor machine performance and minimize machine downtime to support production output and efficiency.
• Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) and ensure maintenance schedules are properly followed.
• Troubleshoot and maintain PLC, pneumatic systems, sensors, and robotic systems.
• Perform machine fault finding and root-cause analysis (RCA) for recurring breakdowns.
• Coordinate with Production to respond promptly to machine breakdowns and production issues.
• Recommend and implement machine improvements and automation solutions to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
• Support machine installation, modification, commissioning, and automation projects.
• Maintain proper records of breakdowns, PM activities, spare parts, and machine performance.
• Work closely with Production and other departments to ensure machines are reliable and ready for production.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance.
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience in:
• PLC
• Pneumatic systems
• Sensors
• Robots / robotic systems
• Preventive maintenance
• Root-cause analysis (RCA)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and respond to urgent machine breakdowns.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in production automation and machine improvement will be an advantage.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Work Location: In person
